Reservations & Enquiries
Submitting a booking or banquet enquiry through this website reserves nothing automatically. All requests are treated as enquiries and are confirmed only after our reservations or events team follows up by phone or email.
Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms for room bookings and banquet events are confirmed individually at the time of booking. Please contact our reservations or events team directly for cancellation or rescheduling requests.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat hotel staff, property, and other guests with respect. Hotel Delite Grand reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of misconduct.
Liability
Hotel Delite Grand is not liable for loss of personal belongings unless deposited with the front desk for safekeeping. Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available.
